FBGS will attend the upcoming SPIE Defense & Commercial Sensing conference in Orlando, Florida and contribute to the “Fiber Optic Sensors and Applications” sessions on April 17th and 18th. We are proud to present the successful validation of a packaged FBG sensor based on FSG® technology for simultaneous pressure and temperature monitoring for downhole applications. The MS-FBG sensor is based on highly birefringent micro-structured optical fiber (MS-FBG sensor) and capable of separating the temperature information from pressure information with a negligible pressure-temperature cross-sensitivity.
