endless monitoring possibilities

One measurement engine. One fiber. Over 2000 sensing points.

The FBGS InfinityScan enables long-distance monitoring by measuring a dense network of FBG sensors. This allows a dramatic increase in the number of sensors that can be read-out.

    FBGS InfinityScan | FAQ

What is CDM (Code Division Multiplexing)?
The sensing network is composed of multiple sections repeating the same WDM-array that are measured simultaneously. This is made possible by a digital code that modulates the outgoing and incoming light as a function of time. Fibers are measured sequentially, and it is possible to lock a chosen WDM-section.
What is TDM (Time Division Multiplexing)?
You will find a compact explanation of the TDM technology clicking on the following link: https://fbgs.com/technology/time-division-multiplexing/
